Built for real adventure the Overland Series Mk3 Hard Shell Roof Tent is handcrafted in South Africa This heavy duty rooftop tent is designed to withstand all weather conditions, including the kind of rain and wind our Northern Hemisphere climates are famous for, not just hot and sunny conditions!

Our Overland MK3 Rooftent features an aerodynamic shell made from tough aluminium with a HD textured industrial coating, which opens higher than the previous model making it easy to get dressed inside the tent. The double-layer canvas body is made from a new 400g canvas, offering enhanced protection. Uniquely we have a 3rd layer (400g canvas) over all the windows and door sections for winter conditions. This makes the entire tent body FULLY TWIN LAYER CANVAS!

Our new enlarged STORM AWN© design uses 4x really HD spring rods to reduce any flapping and covers both sides and the rear of the tent. It can also be removed if not needed, or simply rolled up and stored in the top shell until required.

Inside, the tent is equipped with a truly comfortable 70mm foam mattress, water resistant removable cover, lower insulated carpet, and his and hers organizers, complemented by 2x water bottle holders. A built-in LED light, double USB/cigarette socket charge points, and improved storage organizers add convenience. The carpeted interior reduces condensation and improves warmth.

The tent's exterior maintains its durable textured grey and black coating, with added BODY ARMOUR protection and purpose-made aluminium extrusion roof rails for easier mounting. Overall, the MK3 sets a new standard for quality and performance in rooftop tents.

The exterior is still finished in a unique HD textured grey and black coating for longevity and strength. Around the edges and sides of the tent we still use our BODY ARMOUR system – a series of plates designed to act as protection from trees and branches etc as well as offering a simple and secure way of mounting accessories. We've added purpose made aluminium extrusion roof rails, finished in black and designed to take M8 bolts.

The mounting system now uses the same extrusion system mounted below the tent to making fixing to your rack or bars easier!
